There are certain standard costs associated with obtaining a mortgage.

I will walk you through the closing costs, answering any questions you may have explaining all your fees.   

Good Faith Estimate

All clients will receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of closing costs, interest rates and other applicable fees at the outset of our process.  We will explain and answer all questions pertaining to the fees.
